What Happens to Your Pallets?
When pallets arrive at our recycling facility, every single component is evaluated. Boards in good condition are harvested for pallet repair. Damaged wood is processed into wood chips for landscaping, animal bedding, or biomass fuel. Metal fasteners are separated and sent to metal recyclers.
Nothing goes to waste. We've maintained a 98% material recovery rate since 2018, and we're working toward 99.5%. Our recycling program prevents thousands of tons of wood from entering landfills every year.

All Types
What We Accept
We accept virtually every type of wood and plastic pallet regardless of condition. If it's a pallet, we want it.
Standard Wood Pallets
Any size, any condition — from pristine to heavily worn.
Broken / Damaged Pallets
We salvage everything. Cracked boards, split stringers, missing components — bring them all.
Pallet Remnants & Loose Boards
Leftover lumber and disassembled pallet parts are fully recyclable.
Heat-Treated Pallets
ISPM-15 stamped or unstamped heat-treated pallets accepted without restriction.
Painted or Stained Pallets
Color-coded, painted, or chemically stained pallets processed safely.
Euro / EPAL Pallets
European-standard pallets recycled or refurbished for resale.
Block and Stringer Pallets
Both construction types accepted — block style, stringer style, and hybrid designs.
Plastic Pallets
HDPE, PP, and other plastic pallets accepted for material recycling and pelletization.
The Recycling Process Step by Step
From the moment your pallets arrive to the finished recycled outputs, every stage is controlled for maximum recovery.
Receiving & Weighing
Pallets are weighed on certified scales upon arrival. Weight data is used for accurate payment calculation and material tracking.
Visual Inspection
Trained staff sort every pallet by condition, type, and size. Repairable pallets are separated from those destined for dismantling.
Dismantling
Unrepairable pallets are carefully broken down. Good boards and blocks are harvested for reuse in our repair operations.
Processing
Waste wood is fed through industrial chippers and converted into mulch, biomass fuel, or animal bedding products.
Metal Separation
Powerful magnets extract all nails, screws, and metal fasteners from the wood stream for dedicated metal recycling.
Quality Control
All recycled outputs — repaired pallets, lumber, chips, and metal — are inspected before leaving the facility.
