By accessing or using the Riverside Pallet Co. website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Riverside Pallet Co. provides pallet buying, selling, recycling, repair, transportation, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance from Riverside Pallet Co.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are Net 30 for approved accounts. New customers may be required to pay in advance or upon delivery. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Riverside Pallet Co. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Claims

Quality claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Defective products will be replaced at no charge. Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a restocking fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Riverside Pallet Co.'s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Riverside Pallet Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
