What Our Team Says

Hear directly from the people who build Riverside Pallet Co. every day.

I started here right after high school with zero experience. They trained me on every machine in the shop. Now I lead a repair crew of five guys and make more than most of my friends with college degrees. Bobby treats everyone with respect and the work is honest.

MH
Miguel Hernandez
Repair Technician — 6 years

I came from a corporate sales background where I was just a number. Here, I actually know every client personally and have real authority to solve problems. The flexibility is great too — I work hybrid, and nobody watches the clock as long as the work gets done.

KP
Karen Phillips
Account Manager — 4 years

Home every night, weekends off, and the trucks are well-maintained. I drove long-haul for ten years before this and my only regret is not switching sooner. The route optimization system they use means less time stuck in traffic and more efficient deliveries.

JW
Jason Wright
CDL Driver — 3 years

What I appreciate most is that management actually listens to QC. If I flag a problem, production stops until we fix it. That is rare in this industry. They invested in moisture meters and load testing equipment because we asked for better tools. It makes the job easier and the product better.

AM
Ana Morales
Quality Control Inspector — 5 years

I started as a warehouse associate stacking pallets. Within two years I was promoted to lead, and after four years I became supervisor. They paid for my forklift certification and my OSHA 30-hour course. There is a real path forward here if you show up and work hard.

DJ
Derek Johnson
Warehouse Supervisor — 7 years

The team culture here is something I have never experienced elsewhere. Everyone helps each other, from the warehouse floor to the front office. The quarterly BBQs are legendary, and they genuinely care about work-life balance. I have never been pressured to skip a vacation or work a holiday.

Operations Coordinator — 2 years

Our Culture

A Workplace Built on Respect

We are a hands-on, blue-collar operation and we are proud of it. Our culture is built on mutual respect, hard work, and the understanding that every person on this team — from the newest warehouse associate to the general manager — plays an essential role in our success.

We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior. Period. Every employee goes through respect-in-the-workplace training during orientation, and we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any violation. Our open-door policy means anyone can raise a concern directly with management at any time.

Beyond the work itself, we make time for team events: quarterly BBQs, an annual company outing (last year we went to Big Bear), holiday parties, and monthly birthday celebrations. These are not corporate obligations — they are genuine opportunities to enjoy the company of the people you work with.
