Do you deliver on weekends?
We offer Saturday morning deliveries for recurring customers with a standing delivery schedule. Sunday deliveries are available by special arrangement for urgent needs.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you receive a real-time GPS tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery from warehouse to your dock.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem. Give us 24 hours’ notice and there is no charge to reschedule. Same-day changes may incur a small rescheduling fee.
Do you offer recurring delivery schedules?
Absolutely. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring delivery programs with locked-in pricing and priority scheduling.
Is liftgate service available?
Yes. Liftgate service is available as a $75 add-on for locations that do not have a loading dock or forklift on-site.

Our 53-ft flatbed trailers can carry up to 800 standard 48x40 pallets per load. For oversized or custom pallets, capacity varies — our dispatch team will calculate the exact capacity for your specific pallet dimensions.
Do you provide insurance coverage during transit?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured during transit. Our cargo insurance covers the replacement value of your pallets in the unlikely event of damage, loss, or accident. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Can you handle multi-stop deliveries?
Absolutely. Multi-stop routes are one of our specialties. We consolidate multiple nearby deliveries onto a single truck, reducing cost per stop for you and fuel consumption for us. Each stop gets its own proof of delivery.
Do you transport pallets across state lines?
Yes. We regularly transport pallets throughout California, Arizona, and Nevada. For shipments to other states, we partner with vetted carriers who meet our quality standards and provide the same GPS tracking and proof of delivery.
What happens if my pallets are not ready at the scheduled pickup time?
Our driver will wait up to 30 minutes at no charge. After that, a $50/hour waiting fee applies. If your pallets are not going to be ready, call us at least 2 hours before the scheduled window to reschedule at no cost.
How do you handle pallets that require special care during transport?
Heat-treated, chemically treated, or painted pallets can be transported in our enclosed box trucks for weather protection. Fragile or custom pallets are secured with additional strapping and corner protection as needed.
